A few things people usually ask first.
What is digital marketing?
It means promoting your business online, mainly on social media. We create the posts and videos, post them, and make sure local people see them.
What does “love it or it’s free” mean?
You see the work before you pay. You get one free round of changes. If you’re still not happy, you pay nothing and we don’t use or publish any of it. Final files are only sent after payment, and we confirm the terms in a short written agreement.
Is it really a once-off payment?
Yes. The package is €50, paid once. There’s no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
What if I want to keep going?
Then you can move to a monthly plan, which we agree together and you can cancel any time. It’s completely optional.
Do I need to be on every platform?
No. We start with where your customers already are, usually Instagram and Facebook, and add TikTok, Snapchat or others if they suit you.
Who creates the photos and videos?
We do. We can work from photos and clips you send us, or arrange to capture some at your business.
Does the €50 include ad spend?
No. If you choose to run paid ads, the ad budget is paid separately and goes straight to the platform, so you always see where it goes.
Are you really Irish-based?
Yes. Ard Reach is Irish-owned and run, and we work with local businesses across Ireland. Ard is the Irish word for “high”.
